Sharing Session of the School of Computing and ICT professionals from the Netherlands

Bandung – SOC, To improve insights on Information, Communication, and Technology (ICT), the School of Computing held a sharing session on Tuesday (11/17/2015) at 14.00 WIB in the meeting room of Panambulai Building, 3rd Floor. The event presented 3 professional ICT people from the Netherlands, that is:

    1. Pieter Rambags (owner and co-founder of Nippur, Business intelligence Consultant and data warehousing) – “A Big data concept and application for several big Dutch companies as done by our company.”
    1. Deny Smeets (Director of the Informatics and Communications, Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen) – “ICT curriculum design for the 21st century.”
    1. Prof. Guido Bakema (Professor of Data Architectures & Metadata Management, HAN University of Applied Science) – “Recent education in Europe, zooming in on ICT.”

The event which lasted until 17.30 WIB was held communicatively. Many of the participants, consisting of lecturers and post-graduate students of the School of Computing, were enthusiastic about their presentations.

After the presentation and discussion, souvenir submissions and photo sessions were held. Then, these ICT experts share souvenirs typical of his country named Troba. Finally this sweet snack ended the sharing session that day. -LEN
