GUIDELINES AND REGULATIONS OF 2018 FINAL PROJECT

The publication registration fee is funded by the institution (according to the institution’s regulations) with the submission made by the advisor, further information can be asked to the respective advisor

5. Integrity Package for publication as a substitute of Final Project session in Conference

Some notes:
1. This Final Project Regulation and Guide will take effect for implementation Final Project period for January 2018.
But for registration the Final Project period for January 2018 still uses the Final Project form and book according to the old guidelines.
2. Starting from the registration of the Final Project session for the February 2018 period, all have used the Final Project Report form and format according to the new guidelines.

3. For students who have registered for the Final Project session on January 2018 and have received a Publication LoA, please collect publication LoA to the Final Project admin . In order to be processed according to Article 9 paragraph 3 in the Final Project Regulations :

If students succeed in getting a Letter of Acceptance (LoA) from a scientific paper according to paragraph (1), students do not need to attend the Final Project session, and the Final Project Grade is automatically A.

The LoA must meet the requirements in accordance with Article 9 Paragraph 2 of the Final Project Rules:

The Final Project report or scientific paper written must include the name of the student as Writer 1, the name of Advisor I, and the name of Advisor II with the affiliation of the School of Computing, Telkom University. Especially for Supervisors II which the homebase not from Telkom University, affiliates adjust Advisor II. It is possible to add co-authors whose names are not listed in the Final Project Decree but contribute to the scientific paper. The maximum number of authors is 4. The Final Project report or scientific paper must also be the result of the final project of the student in question, may not be combined with the other students’ Final Projects.

4. Students who succeed in obtaining the LoA STAY MUST collect the requirements of the Final Assignment session no.4, 5, and 7 to 11 according to form TA2-07 Form complete with Final Project Session Requirements.
