OBLIGATIONS OF UPLOAD THETA For Students who have passed the Proposal Writing Course in Even Semester 2018/2019

Students of Bachelor of Informatics and Bachelor of Computational Sciences who have passed the Proposal Writing Course in Even Semester 2018/2019 MUST upload all Final Assignment Proposals on the Theta application on iGracias so that the Final Assignment Decree can be made (Final Assignment Decree as a condition to follow Final Assignment Course). Please note the following timeline:

1. Students upload Final Assignment proposals and select counselors in the Theta application (01 July-19 August 2019)

Students fill in revised Final Assignment proposals and upload PDF Final Assignment Proposal Files from the scan results that have been signed by the Supervisor. Then students must do all the processes in the Theta application and FILL ALL COMPLETE FIELD. Students can check whether the Research Group admin has approved the submission (If it has not been approved, please check whether the uploaded proposal is a scan result that was signed by the Final Assignment Advisor, whether all fields have been filled in completely and then contact the Research Group admin to approve).
Note: PLEASE CHOOSE A RESEARCH GROUP ACCORDING TO THE RESEARCH GROUP OF ADVISORY 1

2. Students input into the Final Assignment PC admin and collect all the print requirements for the Final Assignment Decree (check the Proposal Writing Course guide): maximum 19 August 2019

3. The Admin Research Group approves the submission of proposals and the selection of Final Assignment supervisors that have been carried out by previous Students (maximum 26 August 2019)

4. Faculty Admins in parallel print the Final Assignment Decree (26-30 August 2019)

5. For students who have been approved by the Research Group it means that they can start doing online guidance and further processing in the Theta application

2. Selection of counselors from outside the campus Tel-U, please register with the Faculty admin (Mr. Ajid / Mr. Tri) by submitting a complete CV in the form of softcopy or hardcopy (Full name, Education, Academic Functional Position Decree, Account No. & Bank Name, Address, Phone No.)
