Borrowing Regulation of ‘A’ Building – School of Computing

Consider :

1. ‘A’ Building (Grha Wiyata Cacuk Sudarijanto – A) Wing East which is the designation building as the School of Computing Lecture Building.
2. Convenience and Smoothness of Lecture Activities held in ‘A’ Building (Grha Wiyata Cacuk Sudarijanto – A) Wing East.

Decide:

1. Building A (Grha Wiyata Cacuk Sudarijanto – A) Wing of the East Side is only intended for lecture activities conducted by the School of Computing.
2. All forms of borrowing other than lecture activities are only permitted for student organizations in the School of Computing.
3. All forms of activities held in Building A (Grha Wiyata Cacuk Sudarijanto – A) Wing of the East are only permitted with the following conditions:
   1. Borrowing is only permitted if there is a Cleaning Service officer on duty (students are not allowed to carry the room key)
   2. Borrowing is only allowed on Monday – Saturday, at 6:30 – 18:00 (adjusting to the CS schedule).
   3. Loans for activities carried out at night, Sunday or Calendar Holidays Are Not Allowed.
4. All forms of borrowing in addition to the lecture activities conducted by Ormawa in the Faculty of Informatics must submit a loan letter to the Academic Affairs Office for the next approval process. The letter was signed by the borrower and previous Student / Asman trustees.
5. All forms of borrowing other than lecture activities according to point 4 have been submitted, must follow the provisions contained in point 3.
6. This decision applies to lend starting from Odd semester 2018/2019.

This information related to the use of this lecture facility is conveyed, to be used as a reference in its implementation.

With this regulation then:

1. Borrowing a room starting April 27, 2018, is not permitted due to the smooth running of the final week of lectures and preparation for the Final Semester Exam

2. Loan space is permitted to return to the Odd 2018/2019 Semester by fulfilling the above requirements

3. Student Organizations that are permitted to borrow the Building A School of Computing are: Informatics Student Association, Computing Science Student Association, Industrial Engineering Student Association, and AL Fath School of Computing
