Brainstat Made by School of Computing Lecturer Obtained Adi Cipta Tata Wahana Nusantara Award

The innovation product of the School of Computing won the Adi Cipta Tata Wahana Nusantara Award in the 2016 National Level Transportation Research Competition held by the Ministry of Transportation on Wednesday (10/27/2016). This award was given directly by the Minister of Transportation, Budi Karya Sumadi.

That was Dody Qory Utama, one of the School of Computing lecturers who received the award.
Dody and friends outperformed the other team through Brainstat. Brainstat is a brain signal monitoring application to prevent human error of transportation accidents. This application will capture brain signals and map brain waves to then be transmitted to apps on smartphones.

Brainstat research has been conducted since 2010 with Dody as the leading researcher and a brain specialist named Dr. Tauhid Nur Azhar. Finally, in 2015, this application was completed.
