Thanksgiving for the School of Computing

Bandung – SOC, Monday (03/14/2016), the School of Computing held a celebration at Valley Bistro Cafe, Dago Pakar-Bandung. The event which took place since 18.30 WIB was held for the success of the School of Computing to get many achievements in 2016. These achievements include obtaining an A for BAN-PT accreditation, Brainstat Team’s victory in the IBM Global Innovation Tournament competition in Barcelona, and the acquisition of the most Scopus publication version of Telkom University.

“This event is a tribute to the School of Computing to give awards to the entire extended family of the School of Computing for its contribution,” said Dr. Maman.

In another speech, the Chancellor of Telkom University, Prof. Mochamad Ashari, said that the School of Computing had many achievements from previous years, not only in 2016.

“The Faculty of Informatics has managed to score many achievements from previous years. Even this is only the beginning of the year, “said Prof. Ashari.

“I am sure that in the future, the School of Computing will continue to produce other achievements both nationally and internationally”, he concluded.

Also attending the event were Telkom University Rector and representatives of all Telkom University units.
