Development of Web-Based Bandung Highland Community Center Services
In an effort to expand the range of services and at the same time streamline the service administration process, a community center located in the East Bandung area, namely the Bandung Highland Community Center requires IT implementation support. The need for IT support was responded to by a team of staff at Telkom University Faculty of Informatics from KK Cyber Physical System chaired by Niken Cahyani, involving a team consisting of 2 other lecturers namely Erwid M. Jadied and Satria Mandala, assisted by 3 students who are a combination of the Faculty Informatics and the Faculty of Applied Sciences. There are 2 solutions provided by this abdimas team, namely website development as a means of promotion and expansion of service coverage, and development of desktop applications with a complete database design to support internal community activities. In addition to providing these 2 applications, the service activities carried out using the Abdimas Regular Phase 2 of 2021 scheme, also provide counseling in the form of training on the use and management of these two applications, which will be held on Wednesday, November 24, 2021. With IT support The community gave a very positive appreciation and it was very helpful to carry out their activities.
