Flow of Even Semester 2017/2018 Registration Delay
FLOW OF REGISTRATION DELAY HANDLING PROCESS
UNTIL THE END PERIOD OF STUDY PLAN CHANGE
- For all students who have not finished the registration process yet until the deadline specified (Sunday, January 14, 2018 at 23.00) subject to late fees 50% from Organization of Education Rates for the standard period of study
- Students MUST complete the registration process until the Student Study Card is printed, which is maximal until the end of the Change of Study Plan on January 26, 2018

Explanation of Flow :
8= BNI CODE; 321= TEL-U CAMPUS CODE; 02 = FINE OF RE-REGISTRATION; Student Identity Number

Students pay fines through BNI VIRTUAL ACCOUNT number:
- Students provide proof of deposit fines to the Faculty Administrative and Academic Services (Mr. Iwan at D Building 1st Floor)
- Faculty Administrative and Academic Services enter data on fines and extend access to student registration in the form of data :
- Student Identity Number,
- Number of late days,
- The deadline for completion is 2 days from the student reporting date,
- Fines payment status,
- Payment date of the fine,
- Note regarding to the record number of payment proof of the fine
- Then enter the registration renewal in the Registration schedule menu (Student Identity Number, start date and end date of registration phase II)
- Students carry out the registration stages as usual to Print Student Study Cards (Payment of Education Organization Fees – Input courses – ready ACC – ACC Lecturer Guardians – Print Student Study Cards)
Notes : If after the student reports to the Administrative and Academic Services and the student is still unable to register, please confirm immediately with the Administrative and Academic Services (Mr. Iwan)
