Information on Publication Requirements as Substitute for Final Project Session

Regarding the terms of the replacement document for the Final Project session that was previously published on the page:

The following is the latest information on the results of the decision of the School of Computing Leadership Meeting on July 3, 2019. This decree is effectively valid starting July 15, 2019, for Judiciary from August 2019.

1. If using conference publications on proceedings in the list set by the School of Computing http://bit.ly/DaftarJurnalTAFIF, then the accepted proof of substitute for the session is a presentation certificate (the previous rule was Letter of Acceptance (LoA) and integrity pact).

2. If using journal publications whose journal names are in the list specified by the School of Computing http://bit.ly/DaftarJurnalTAFIF, then accepted proof of substitution for the session is
a). Proof of letter of acceptance (LoA),
b). The response form signed by the supervisor can be downloaded at http://bit.ly/ResponseFormTA
c). Article camera ready.

3. If you use an IPR (Intellectual Property Rights) document, then the proof of substitute for the trial received is an IPR certificate.

For students who have confirmed the replacement session conditions before July 15, then still use the previous rules; past that date, the new rules have been applied. It should also be noted that students are responsible for completing all required files when registering judiciary; incomplete data will not be processed.
