Release of the First Graduates of the School of Computing, Telkom University
Bandung, SOC – Located in the Multimedia Room of the Learning Center Building, Friday (08/15/2014), the School of Computing of the Telkom University held the 2014 Informatics Graduation Award. This event was the first event after changing its name to the School of Computing.
The event began at 8:00 with a speech given by Dr. Adiwijaya as Vice Dean 1 of the School of Computing, Telkom University. “As someone who is going to enter the community, learn from the tree philosophy that each part has its duties,” Adi said. “Trees have their respective functions, from the roots, stems, and leaves, so when graduates enter into people’s lives, do the best function but don’t be arrogant because of those functions,” Adi added.
The program then continued with typical souvenirs provided by Dr. Adiwijaya and Rimba Whidiana, Ph.D. as Vice Dean 2 of the School of Computing. Almost all graduates attended the event. Stand Up Comedy then entertained the graduates from representatives of graduates. A sense of pride and emotion includes the graduates who attended. They take pictures together capturing every moment that is indeed rare. – LEN
