OBLIGATIONS OF UPLOAD THETA For Students who have passed the Proposal Writing Course in Odd Semester 2017/2018

For Bachelor of Informatics and Bachelor of Computational Sciences students who have passed the Proposal Writing Course in Odd Semester 2017/2018, MUST upload all Final Project Proposals on the Theta application on iGracias, up to January 08, 2018, so that final assignment decisions can be made. (Final Project Decree as a requirement to follow the Final Project Course). Please note the following timeline:

1. Students upload Final Project proposals and select advisers in the Theta application (December 28, 2017, to January 08 2018)

Students fill in the revised Final Project proposal and upload Final Project Proposal PDF file scan results that have been signed by the Supervisor . Then students must do all the processes in the Theta application and FILL ALL COMPLETE FIELD. Students can check whether the submission has been approved by the Research Group admin (If it has not been approved, please check whether the uploaded proposal is a scan result that was signed by the Final Project Advisor, whether all fields have been filled in completely and then contact the Research Group admin to approve)

2. Students input into Final Project PC admin and collect all print requirements for Final Project Decree (check Proposal Writing Course guide): maximum January 12, 2018,

3. The Research Group Admin approves the submission of proposals and the selection of Final Project supervisors that have been carried out by previous Students ( maximum January 15, 2018, )

4. Faculty Admins in parallel print the Final Project Decree ( January 15, 2018 )

5. For students who have been approved by the Research Group, it means that they can start doing online guidance and further processing in the Theta application

2. Selection of counselors from outside the campus Tel-U, please register with the Faculty admin (Mr. Ajid / Mr. Tri).
