OBLIGATIONS OF UPLOAD THETA For Students who have passed the Proposal Writing Course in Even 2016/2017 Semester

Students of Bachelor of Informatics and Bachelor of Computational Sciences who have passed the Proposal Writing Course in Even 2016/2017 Semester MUST upload all Final Project Proposals on the Theta application on iGracias, maximum August 22, 2017, so that printing can be done Final Project Decree. Please note the following timeline:

1. Students upload a Final Project I scan results and selection of counselors in the Theta application (July 27, 2017, to August 22, 2017)

Students fill in the revised Final Project proposal and upload Final Project I PDF Proposal File scan results that have been signed by the Advisers. Then students must do all the processes in the Theta application, and FILL ALL COMPLETE FIELDS . Students can check whether the submission has been approved by the Research Group admin (If it has not been approved, please check whether the uploaded proposal is a scan result that was signed by the Final Project Advisor, whether all fields have been filled in completely and then contact the Research Group admin to approve)

2. The Admin Research Group approves the submission of proposals and the selection of Final Project Advisers that have been carried out by previous Students (maximum August 30, 2017)

3. Faculty Admins in parallel print the Final Project Decree (31 August 2017)

4. For students who have been approved by the Research Group, it means that they can start doing online guidance and further processing in the Theta application

• TELE Research Group: Mr. Erwid Jadied

2. Selection of counselors from outside the campus Tel-U please register with the Faculty admin (Mr. Ajid / Mr. Tri).
