REGISTRATION DELAYS HANDLING FLOW

UNTIL THE END OF STUDY PLAN CHANGE PERIOD

1. Students who have not completed the registration process by the deadline (10 January 2017) are subject to a late fee of Rp. 100,000 / day late and a maximum fine of Rp. 1,000,000
2. Students MUST complete the registration process until the printed Student Study Card is maximal until the end of the Change of Study Plan which is 27 January 2017
3. The following is the flow of the late registration completion process:

Explanation of Flow :

1. Students pay fines manually to the Telkom University Account through Bank Mandiri in Bangkit Building or Learning Center. In the proof of fines, put the Student Identification Number and Student Name
2. Students provide proof of deposit fines to the Faculty Academic and Administrative Services ( Mr. Iwan on Building D 1st floor.)
3. Administrative and Academic Services enter data on fines and extend access to student registration in the form of data:

• Student Identity Number,
• Number of days of fines,
• The deadline for completion is 2 days from the student reporting date,
• Status of payment of Education Implementation Fees,
• Payment date of the fine,
• Trecord number of proof of fine payment
• Then enter the registration renewal in the Registration schedule menu (Student Identity Number, start date and end date of registration phase II)

4. Students carry out the registration stages as usual to Print Student Study Cards (Payment of Education Organization Costs – Input of courses – ready ACC – ACC Lecturer Guardians – Print Student Study Cards )

Note :

1. If after the student reports to the Administrative and Academic Services and the student is still unable to register, please confirm immediately with the Administrative and Academic Services (Mr. Iwan)
2. If the student has not completed registration until 2 days after renewal, the student is obliged to pay the late fee again. For example, Information students pay a fine on Monday 16 January 2017 so that a late fee = IDR 100,000. The student must complete the registration maximum on Wednesday, January 18, 2017. If they have not yet completed, Thursday, January 19, 2017 the student pays back the late fee of 1 day after the end date of extension (Wednesday, January 18, 2017) and reports to Administrative Services and Academic like the previous process flow.
