Inauguration of Postgraduate Students in the 2014 Regular Academic Year
Bandung, SOC – Senin pagi (25/08/2014), The Postgraduate Administration Team is preparing for the 4th Floor Hall of the Faculty of Creative Industries, Telkom University to Open the Inauguration of Post-Graduate Students of Telkom University 2014/2015 Academic Year. Registration starts at 08.00 – 08.30 West Indonesia Time. Soon the prospective students register at the administration desk and enter the Multimedia Room. The program was also opened by the MC, by presenting Ust. Deden Syarif to recite the opening prayer.
The program continued with the remarks given by Dr. Heroe Wijanto as Vice Chancellor 1 of Telkom University representing the Chancellor of Telkom University who was unable to attend and Director of Human Capital Management (HCM) Telkom Inc, Priyantono Rudito, M.Sc., Ph.D. Indonesian Human Resources must continue to be able to improve their ability to face the ASEAN Economic Community which starts in 2015. “We must be able to survive with more abilities,” Priyantono said.
In the event which was attended by approximately 70 people, two speakers presented a motivational briefing, namely Dr. Indun Lestari, who is a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology, University of Padjadjaran. Then it was continued by presenting speakers from Bank Indonesia, namely Dr. Ir. Farid Aulia, DEA. Farid said that students need to foster self-confidence, excellent communication, and love for the homeland.
The highlight of the event that day was the inauguration of Telkom University students by the Chairman of the Telkom University Senate, Prof. Moch. Ashari represented by Dr. Heroe Wijanto is followed by the symbolic use of the alma mater suit and reading of student appointments.
The program was continued with photos with students with the leadership. Shared photos are shared based on faculties, namely the School of Computing, the School of Electric Engineering, the School of Economic and Business.
On this occasion, Dr. Heroe Wijanto as Telkom University Vice Rector I expressed his welcome to the new Postgraduate Program students. “Hopefully the students can adapt and excel in Telkom University,” he said. The event was also attended by the Chairman of the Telkom Foundation, Jhoni Girsang, M.Sc., the Vice Chancellors of Telkom University, the ranks of faculty leaders including attending the Dean of the School of Computing Dr. Maman Abdurohman and Head of Informatics Master Program Dana Sulistiyo Kusumo, P.hD.
