Global Learning Week (GLOW) 2021

ICAO of Telkom University tries to grab an International opportunity by presenting Global Learning Week (GLOW) 2021. This year, GLOW invites 9 Visiting Professors from 5 countries: Spain, United Kingdom, South Korea, India, and Malaysia! They will deliver some interesting topics and enhance your global perspectives. GLOW will start on 26th July – 6th August 2021.
Our special visiting professor at the School of Computing (FIF) is Owen A. Johnson, a senior lecturer from the University of Leeds, UK. He will deliver a two-week course on Process Mining in Healthcare, as a part of the Data Mining class. The co-lecturer of this class is Angelina Prima Kurniati, Ph.D., assisted by Siti Sa’adah, S.T., M.T. (FIF) and Guntur Prabawa Kusuma (FIT).
This course will cover both aspects of data mining and business process analysis, combining them into a process-oriented data science (also known as process mining), more specifically in healthcare. This course will introduce the ClearPath method for understanding and improving health care pathways. Students will gain practical experience using process mining to understand some current pathways and explore how these could be improved through the use of emerging technologies.
