Giving Motivation for School of Computing Students
Bandung, SOC – That morning, Wednesday (11/05/2014), Building K was crowded by Telkom University School of Computing students. In the building, there was attended the Dean of the School of Computing, which consisted of Dr. Maman Abdurohman as Dean of the School of Computing, Dr. Adiwijaya as Vice Dean 1 of the School of Computing, along with the Chair of the Research Group.
That day there will be a timely delivery of graduation motivation to the School of Computing students. The event, which was attended by more than 200 students, was intended to encourage and provide precise tricks so that students can graduate on time.
In the event moderated by Dr. Adiwijaya, began with the introduction of all Dean and Chair of the School of Computing Research Group. “This introductory program needs to be done because I still find there are students who don’t know who the lecturers are or even the lecturers themselves,” Dr. Maman. “There are even students who ask me directly who is higher in position, whether it is Mrs. Vera or Mr. Ajid.” “It proves that it is important to introduce to students, especially new students, who are the lecturers at the Faculty of Informatics,” continued Dr. Maman.
In the event, the enthusiasm of the students was evident. Many students ask how to keep the tasks piling up, and they can complete the Final Task. In this case, Dr. Maman replied, “Make a list of college goals, whether just to graduate, quickly graduated so that you work quickly, or maybe want to have a family.” “Keep in mind that we can achieve that goal, make that goal as our motivation in learning,” concluded Dr. Maman.
