Making Final Project Decrees for those who passed the Final Project I in the 2014/2015 Even Semester

For students who have passed Final Project 1 in Even 2014/2015 Semester, please collect the requirements for making the Final Project Decree this Friday, August 28, 2015, to the Final Project admin.

Documents and conditions that must be done are:

1. Form TA1-04
2. Form TA1-05
3. EPrT certificate
4. Student Study Cards that have Final Project 2 Semester Credit Unit
5. Final Project proposal that has been signed by the advisor
6. Submit Final Project proposals to the TheTA application through their respective igracias accounts
