Announcements related to Graduation of Level 1 & Extraordinary Exam for Class 2016 – Period of 2018
Informed to all 2016 Bachelor of Informatics and Bachelor of Computational Sciences Study Program related to Academic Graduation Level 1:
1. Level 1 graduation academic session was held on June 5, 2018.
2. Students who are declared PASS or given an extraordinary exam can be seen in the link: http://bit.ly/HasilSidangTk1_2016
(The description of “Pass level 1” can also be seen in the list of values in each student’s iGracias).
Students who have passed Level 1 are following Article 22 Academic Rules, namely: Level-1 of Bachelor and Diploma-4 students are permitted to continue their studies if at the end of Semester IV have passed all Level-1 courses with a minimum 2.0 Level-1 GPA.
3. For students whose Student Number has not been listed or need detailed information about the level 1 graduation status, can ask directly to their respective Guardian Lecturers.
4. Extraordinary exams are only given for a maximum of 2 courses
5. Students who are declared recommended for “EXTRAORDINARY EXAMINATION” MUST follow the timeline for the implementation of Extraordinary Exams as follows:
– Fill out the Form for specific test statements and registrations that can be downloaded on the link http://bit.ly/FormUK2016
-The required form must be signed by parents and collected in the form of Maximum July 4, 2018 to the admin of the Academeik Administration Service (Mr. Putu).
*Only students who collect these requirements can take the Extraordinary Exams. There is no tolerance for late file collection.
