Deadline for Final Project Upload in the Theta Application

For students with the following criteria MUST input data in the Theta application:

1. Already PASSED Final Project I in the 2014/2015 Even Semester and was taking Final Project II Course in the 2015/2016 Odd Semester

2. Students who haven’t PASSED Final Project II until now

The data input in question is that the student is filling out a revised Final Project proposal and uploading the PDF file of the Final Project I Proposal from the scan that has been signed by the Supervisor . Furthermore, students must do all the processes in the Theta application. Because starting in the Final Project II session in September 2015, the Session Registration is done via the Theta application while still collecting administrative requirements to the Faculty admin (Mr. Ajid / Mr. Tri).

Please note the following timeline:

from July 2015 to Tuesday, September 1, 2015 :

1. Students upload a scan of the Final Project I proposal and the selection of mentors in the Theta application

2. The Admin of the Research Group approved the submission of proposals and the selection of Final Project supervisors that had been carried out by previous Students

3. Faculty Admins in parallel print a Final Project Decree for students who graduate in Final Project I in the 2014/2015 Even Semester

Wednesday-Thursday, 02-03 September 2015

1. The Admin Research Group approves the submission of proposals and the selection of Final Project supervisors that have been carried out by the Students

2. The Faculty Admin in parallel prints a Final Project Decree for students who pass the Final Project in the 2014/2015 Even Semester

3. Students check whether the submission has been approved by the Research Group admin (If it has not been approved, please check again whether the uploaded proposal is a scan result that has been signed by the Final Project Advisor and contacted the Research Group admin to approve it)

4. For students who have been approved by the Research Group, it means that they can start doing online guidance and further processing in the Theta application

1. Faculty Admin completes the printing of Final Project Decree for students who pass the Final Project in the 2014/2015 Even Semester

  • TELE Research Group: Erwid Jadied

2. Selection of counselors from outside the campus Tel-U please register with the Faculty admin
