Complain payment for the Final Project session fee

Referring to the Chancellor’s Decree 28 MAY 2015 on Elimination-Fee-Session then for the STUDENT who has paid the Session fee with proof of payment dated AFTER 28 MAY 2015 MUST collect proof of payment for the original trial fee and fill in the data (NAME, Student Identity Number, and Pay Date) to the Faculty Admin (Mr. Ajid or Mr. Tri) to a maximum of 18 JUNE 2015.
