School of Computing Students Won 2nd Place Global CyberLympic
Bandung – SOC , Telkom University Informatics Students reap achievements. This time several Informatics students consisting of Laode Ian Harisman, Ritchie Fergindo, Rizqi Lutfia Chandra, Faizal Eko Nugroho, and A. Ahmad Nasrullah won 2nd place in the Global CyberLympics Competition.
The Global CyberLympics competition is a competition to find the best team in online ethical hacking and computer network defense games. This competition was attended by many countries, such as America, Britain, the Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, Portugal, etc. including Indonesia with Team Foresty (Forensic and Security) from the Foresty Lab.
The team chaired by Mr. Gandeva Bayu Satrya is the only representative team from Indonesia who entered the world final and will depart for Barcelona, Spain on the 29th of September 2014.
Hopefully, in the future, the Foresty Team will be able to fly the red and white flag on the international scene and certainly make the name of the School of Computing Telkom University in the eyes of the world.
