The School of Computing Applied Smart Village in Bojongsoang Village

The development of computer and internet technology is currently overgrowing. The technology is very much a positive benefit, one of which is a means of communication and information delivery quickly and massively. Elements of society that are supposed to utilize the technology for information and communication media are government tools, including village government. Especially regarding the needs of the device in a village and financial arrangements in and out of the budget allocation in the village. Thus, it is expected that financial planning in a village can be planned, monitored (known budgetary needs and expenditures) and disseminated online to the public. One of the villages in Bandung Regency whose Village Head is committed to becoming a Smart Village is Bojongsoang Village. The use of internet and computer technology is an important point in implementing the smart village, including as a medium of information and communication about the condition of the village to the general public.

So that the Informatics Major that has competencies related to the algorithm wants to provide community service in the form of making an Android-based application. The application is related to the budget funds empowerment allocation in Bojongsoang Village, as well as socializing the use of the application to village officials and representatives of the Bojongsoang Village, Bandung Regency. The application can later be used as an information and communication media for the Bojongsoang Village apparatus for the Bojongsoang Village Community specifically regarding the allocation of funds needed and being channeled to the community. This community service activity will be carried out in 6 months with the peak of activities in training and dissemination of Android-based smartphone applications related to the budget allocation of these funds.
