Profile :

The Bachelor of Informatics Engineering Association of Telkom University (HIMA IF*) was formerly named the Telkom Institute of Technology Informatics Student Association before experiencing a structural change in 2014. The change was caused by the transformation process of the Telkom Institute of Technology to Telkom University. The Informatics Student Association is an association that covers Bachelor and Diploma 3 Informatics Engineering students, but after the transformation process, the Informatics Student Association is divided into 2: Informatics Diploma 3 Student Association (HIMADIF*) and Informatics Student Association (HIMA IF*). This happens because there is a separation of faculties between the Bachelor of Informatics and Diploma 3 Informatics Engineering and based on the results of the Telkom University student congress which forces each student association to consist of 1 study program.

The Informatics Student Association was formed at the end of 2014 at the Big Deliberation of Bachelor of Informatics Engineering Students. The Informatics Student Association is a forum for Bachelor of Informatics Engineering students to create, innovate and develop interests and talents, especially in the field of informatics engineering.

The Informatics Student Association aims to create a Bachelor of Informatics Engineering Study Program student who is faithful and pious, independent and honest in his attitude, has a global perspective that has strategic competencies for the formation of students with high intellectuality and responsibility, able to work together and develop themselves both scientifically and socially.
