PROCESS FOR HANDLING DELAY OF EVEN SEMESTER REGISTRATION 2018/2019
- For students who have not completed the registration process until the specified time limit ( Saturday , January 12, 2019 At 23.59) subject to a 50% delay fee from the package BPP rate in the regular study period
- Students MUST complete the registration process until the Student Study Card is printed up to the end of the Study Plan Change period, which is the date January 25, 2019
- The following is the process for completing the registration delay:
Plot :
- Students pay fines through BNI VIRTUAL ACCOUNT account numbers
8 = BNI CODE; 321 = CAMPUS CODE TEL U; 02 = FINE HERREGISTRATION; Student Identity Number Example : 8321021107120084 |
- Students provide proof of payment of fines to the Faculty Academic Administration Services (Mr. Iwan in Panambulai Building, 1st floor)
- Academic Administration Services input data fines and extension of access to student registration in the form of data:
- Student Identity Number,
- The deadline for completion is 2 days from the student reporting date,
- Payment fine status,
- Date of payment of fines,
- Note the record number for payment of fines
- Then enter the extension of registration on the Schedule registration menu (Student Identity Number, start date and end date of registration stage II)
- Students carry out the usual registration stages to Print Student Study Cards (BPP Payments – Input courses – ACC ready – ACC Guardian Lecturer – Print Student Study Cards)
Note : If after students report to Academic Administration Services and the student is still unable to register, please confirm immediately to Academic Administration Services (Mr. Iwan)
