 PROCESS FOR HANDLING DELAY OF EVEN SEMESTER REGISTRATION 2018/2019

  1. For students who have not completed the registration process until the specified time limit ( Saturday , January 12, 2019 At 23.59) subject to a 50% delay fee from the package BPP rate in the regular study period
  2. Students MUST complete the registration process until the Student Study Card is printed up to the end of the Study Plan Change period, which is the date January 25, 2019
  3. The following is the process for completing the registration delay:

Plot :

  1. Students pay fines through BNI VIRTUAL ACCOUNT account numbers
8 = BNI CODE; 321 = CAMPUS CODE TEL U; 02 = FINE HERREGISTRATION; Student Identity Number

Example : 8321021107120084

  1. Students provide proof of payment of fines to the Faculty Academic Administration Services (Mr. Iwan in Panambulai Building, 1st floor)
  2. Academic Administration Services input data fines and extension of access to student registration in the form of data:
  • Student Identity Number,
  • The deadline for completion is 2 days from the student reporting date,
  • Payment fine status,
  • Date of payment of fines,
  • Note the record number for payment of fines
  • Then enter the extension of registration on the Schedule registration menu (Student Identity Number, start date and end date of registration stage II)
  1. Students carry out the usual registration stages to Print Student Study Cards (BPP Payments – Input courses – ACC ready – ACC Guardian Lecturer – Print Student Study Cards)

Note :  If after students report to Academic Administration Services and the student is still unable to register, please confirm immediately to Academic Administration Services (Mr. Iwan)
